At 8:58 am on June 18, 2022, accompanied by loud music, the foundation laying ceremony of Shanyuan high-performance special alloy material industrialization and high-speed intelligent technology transformation project was held in the group headquarters.

The project of industrialization of high performance special alloy materials and intelligent technology transformation of high line is planned to have a total investment of 636 million yuan, with a land area of 118,500 square meters and a first-phase construction area of 63,500 square meters.

The project mainly purchased German Simark finishing rolling system, reducing sizing machine, two-high reversing rolling mill, induction heating system, stepping heating furnace, heat treatment furnace and other related equipment. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will form an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of high-quality special steel, nickel base alloy, electric heating alloy and other special alloy wire, which can increase the invoice sales of 2 billion yuan and profit and tax of more than 400 million yuan.

At the ceremony, Party Secretary Fang Jie, on behalf of the four groups of the city, expressed warm congratulations on the start of the project, and expressed heartfelt thanks to Shenyuan Group, which has been helping Xinghua development. It is also pointed out that the new project is a new starting point of "Billion Shenyuan". It is hoped that Shenyuan Group, while developing rapidly, will strive to become the benchmark of the city's enterprises to "change the number of ideas", the benchmark of product innovation, the benchmark of leading the transformation, and drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain.

After completion, it will meet the requirements of full-line temperature control, rolling control, micro-tension control and non-tension control, as well as high intelligence and high precision. It will greatly improve product quality and boost the development of high temperature corrosion resistant alloy, high-end die steel, precision alloy and other new products. We will enhance our capacity for scientific and technological innovation and our competitiveness in participating in the international market.
