Shenyuan high performance special alloy material industrialization and high-wire intelligent technology transformation project with a total investment of 633.5 million yuan, the project mainly purchased German Simark finishing rolling system, reducing sizing machine, two-high reversing rolling mill, induction heating system, step heating furnace, heat treatment furnace and other related equipment. The project is highly automated and intelligent, which can save cost, improve product quality, and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. The project is currently undergoing the construction of the main workshop, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2023. After putting into operation, the production capacity of high-quality special steel, nickel base alloy, electric heating alloy and other special alloy wires will be formed with an annual output of 200,000 tons. The new sales revenue will be increased by 2 billion yuan, and the profit and tax will be more than 400 million yuan.
